Meet our governing board

The UNICEF Aotearoa Board of Trustees is responsible for monitoring and maximising the performance of UNICEF Aotearoa. It governs according to the UNICEF Trust Deed and a Code of Ethics.

The board comprises seven to nine trustees, drawn from the community, based on their governance business expertise and interest in children’s issues.
